Before you buy
No. This is a one-time credit purchase with no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire.
There is no free AI generation or free AI preview. After signing in, you can select a photo and inspect its local preview before confirming a paid generation. Preparing a photo is not the same as making a video.
No. After payment, return to your photo, review it and explicitly confirm generation. Signing in does not start a picture or video either.
Use Return to your photo to continue the saved photo draft in the same browser and account, or return to the existing task. Canceling checkout does not start generation. Clearing this site’s browser data can remove local drafts.
Check the original purchase using its return link or the Payments page. Refresh that payment’s status before starting another purchase; do not buy again just to resolve a pending receipt. If it remains unclear, contact support with the purchase ID.
A confirmed generation failure returns the credits used by that task. A pending or unknown result is checked first, not automatically submitted again. A completed picture or video that looks different from your preference is not automatically a failed task or a free retry. Credit returns and cash-refund reviews are separate; see the Refund policy.
It is a still extracted from your completed video. Exporting it does not start another AI generation or spend more credits.
