Terms of service

The scope of Get Bicep Heart picture and video generation, account access, one-time credits and private delivery.

Last updated: 2026-11-05

The service

Get Bicep Heart offers two separate single-person tools: a video from one portrait and a fixed motion reference, or a standalone picture from photo editing. The intended gesture is a small heart beside a flexed shoulder. The service is not a general editor or a multi-person template platform.

Your input and account

Use a photo of one adult that you are permitted to upload and process. You retain your rights in the input and allow the service and its necessary providers to process it for your task. Keep your account credentials private. Tasks, credits, orders and media are associated with the signed-in account; access controls must not be bypassed.

Purchase and generation

Current prices and allowances come from the Pricing page and checkout. Credits are a one-time purchase, with no subscription renewal or expiry. A new video uses 10 credits; a new picture uses 1 credit, shown before confirmation. Signing in or buying credits does not automatically create a picture or video. Once a provider submission may have been accepted, closing the browser does not cancel it.

Task status and credit returns

Pending and unknown results are not automatically treated as failures. The existing task is checked instead of being submitted again. A confirmed generation failure returns the credits used by that task. Credit returns are separate from card refunds; payment-review requests follow the Refund policy.

Delivery

Completed video tasks provide an MP4 and a final-frame image export. Independent picture tasks provide a PNG without generating a video. AI likeness, hands, poses, motion and timing can vary, so review the result before sharing. Video and image downloads do not promise commercial performance or a particular social-platform outcome. Keep your own copy of files you need; permanent storage is not promised.

Support

For an inaccessible account, payment discrepancy or delivery problem, contact support with the account email, purchase or task ID, and a specific description of the issue. A support request does not start another generation or spend credits.
