How failed generation tasks return credits, how pending tasks are checked, and how to request a payment review.

Credit purchases
A credit-pack purchase adds the displayed credits to your account, with no subscription or expiry. Each new video uses 10 credits; each new picture uses 1 credit, shown before confirmation. Buying credits does not start generation or automatically renew a payment. Available credit packs are listed below.
Confirmed generation failures
When the backend confirms that a task failed, it returns the credits charged for that task to the original allocation. Repeated status updates do not create additional credit returns. This restores your generation allowance; it is not an automatic refund to your card.
Pending or unknown results
A timeout or missing response can mean that a provider task already exists. Keep the same task and use its status refresh control. The service checks that receipt before deciding what happened, rather than automatically submitting and charging for another video. Do not purchase again solely because a payment or video is still pending.
Payment review
To request a cash-refund review, contact support with the purchase ID and account email. The review considers the payment record and credits already used. A single failed video does not automatically refund the whole purchase. Requested, pending and completed refunds are separate states.
Delivery concerns
Report an unplayable file, missing person, missing bicep-heart action or a result inconsistent with an explicit specification using the task ID and the relevant moment in the clip. Visual preferences alone do not change a technically completed task into a failed task. Feedback does not automatically grant a refund, extra credits or a free regeneration.
Final-frame export
The final-frame image is extracted from the existing video, not generated by another AI request. Retrying an image export does not spend more credits. If image export fails, keep the MP4 and report the task ID and browser used.
